I was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and grew up in Adelaide, South Australia. I am a qualified Personal Trainer with my specialty being conditioning and metabolic resistance training.
I have dabbled in many things including powerlifting, various forms of martial arts and love to participate in endurance events such as Spartan Race, Navy Seal Immersion courses and Ultra Trail.
I will never ask you to do something that I can't do and believe that each session should challenge yourself either mentally or physically.
