I'm born and bread British, and have been living in Australia for four years now. I gained my Personal Training qualifications here and have been working as a trainer for two years. I am also currently studying my Diploma in Remedial Massage. I specialise in calisthenics and mobility, and have a passion for improving people's ability to not only move well, but show them just what their bodies are capable of!
My philosophy in life and training is 'limitations only exist if you let them'.
I am London born and bred, currently living here in Sydney, Australia. I come from an athletic background with experience playing football, basketball and American football at University. My fitness background is in Muay Thai/Boxing, and in functional strength training. My philosophy is that fitness should be fun, no matter how strenuous. That's not to say you're going to spend an entire workout busting a gut in laughter.
No matter how hard a workout may seem, the pleasure of success always surpasses the pain of failure.
I was born and raised in Italy and moved to Sydney five years ago. As a child, I played soccer up to a competitive level which led me to complete a Bachelor Degree in Sport Science in Italy. Then I accepted a role as a Conditioning Coach for a tennis squad and Personal Trainer. Since living here in Australia, I have completed my Personal Training qualifications and now work full time as a fitness instructor.

I was born and grew up in England, before moving to Australia in 2015. As a teenager, I received my black belt in Shotokan Karate and attended the world championships.
I have been going to the gym for about ten years and realised that fitness is an industry I am passionate about. Nowadays, my own training focus is on competitive Body Building where I will compete in my first competition next year.
My training philosophy is all about finding what makes you feel good an enjoying the process. Whether it’s dance, weights, yoga, tennis… just keep moving and improving.
I was born in Ukraine and grew up in Canada. As a child, I participated in ballet, soccer and gymnastics. I am currently training to compete in an amateur boxing fight, and aside from this a lot of my training is based around calesthenics.
I strongly believe in body movement, creating space in your body and being able to move easily, not just in the gym but every day life. Teaching people that it's not primarily about a six pack, it's your health that holds a bigger meaning.
