Metabolic Conditioning / HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Metabolic conditioning is where we maximise your fat burning potential and increase metabolism. With a blend of functional and resistance based equipment, this session will have you moving in every plane of motion your body is designed to do.
HIIT classes are based on similar training principles, however combine more body weighted and cardiovascular based exercises. Both sessions are designed to ensure you burn maximum calories whilst getting a full body work out.
We'll "mix it up every session" so no session is ever the same. Stations may be different each class, or they may be grouped. It might be a Tabata or EMOM based workout. You will never know until you start the class. The question is, can you handle less station and keep up the intensity?
I'm born and bread British, and have been living in Australia for four years now. I gained my Personal Training qualifications here and have been working as a trainer for two years. I am also currently studying my Diploma in Remedial Massage. I specialise in calisthenics and mobility, and have a passion for improving people's ability to not only move well, but show them just what their bodies are capable of!
My philosophy in life and training is 'limitations only exist if you let them'.
I am London born and bred, currently living here in Sydney, Australia. I come from an athletic background with experience playing football, basketball and American football at University. My fitness background is in Muay Thai/Boxing, and in functional strength training. My philosophy is that fitness should be fun, no matter how strenuous. That's not to say you're going to spend an entire workout busting a gut in laughter.
No matter how hard a workout may seem, the pleasure of success always surpasses the pain of failure.

I was born in Ukraine and grew up in Canada. As a child, I participated in ballet, soccer and gymnastics. I am currently training to compete in an amateur boxing fight, and aside from this a lot of my training is based around calesthenics.
I strongly believe in body movement, creating space in your body and being able to move easily, not just in the gym but every day life. Teaching people that it's not primarily about a six pack, it's your health that holds a bigger meaning.
