Johnny Barra Benavides

I was born and raised in Sweden but have spent and lived many years in Chile South America where my grandfather got me involved in martial arts.

I've been kickboxing since the age of 14 years of age and coaching since I was 17 years of age. I have accumulated 27 fights through my life and one state title back home.

My passion for teaching has always been part of me and I love the detail in martial arts. Technique, form, balance and rhythm is what I live for.

Anthony Nyugen

I was born in Vietnam and moved to Australia when I was four years old. I have always participated in sport and martial arts. I have competed in a few amateur fights and studied in many disciplines as a fitness trainer. I specialise in strength and conditioning for Muay Thai athletes and working with weight loss clients.

I believe that the benefits of fitness are more than just weight loss and looking great. It’s about being better than you were yesterday and not comparing yourself against others.

Sean Cuddy

I was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland and recently moved here to Sydney, Australia. I've been boxing for most of my life and won the Irish Collegiate Champion at 67kg. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Boxing Coach.

I believe that courage and a continually growing mindset are two of the most valuable things that you can possess on life.

Alan Philpott

I was born in Ballymena, Northern Ireland, now living in Sydney, Australia. I am a full time professional MMA fighter and coach, a career I started at the age of 12. I have 45+ fights under my belt (17 amateur and 28 pro) and also hold several titles in the UK. I am currently ranked number one in Australia and top 5 in the UK.

My motto is to stay positive. You attract how you feel. If you can't change it then there's no point worrying about it.

Joey Bowling

I am London born and bred, currently living here in Sydney, Australia. I come from an athletic background with experience playing football, basketball and American football at University. My fitness background is in Muay Thai/Boxing, and in functional strength training. My philosophy is that fitness should be fun, no matter how strenuous. That's not to say you're going to spend an entire workout busting a gut in laughter.

No matter how hard a workout may seem, the pleasure of success always surpasses the pain of failure.

Mirko Nuotatore

I was born in Italy and grew up in the city of Milano. As a teenager, I practiced kick boxing and body building, and changed to MMA when I moved to Australia in 2011.

I love helping people who are working towards a competition but also those who train for their own wellbeing.

I have a well-rounded approach to my classes and sessions, with an emphasis on practical and simplistic combinations in all aspects of martial arts.

Dasha Brandt

I was born in Ukraine and grew up in Canada. As a child, I participated in ballet, soccer and gymnastics. I am currently training to compete in an amateur boxing fight, and aside from this a lot of my training is based around calesthenics.

I strongly believe in body movement, creating space in your body and being able to move easily, not just in the gym but every day life. Teaching people that it's not primarily about a six pack, it's your health that holds a bigger meaning.
