A delicious, high protein, way to start the day.


* 1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats
* 1 tablespoon chia seeds
* 1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened almond milk
* 1 scoop vanilla protein
* 1/2 cup (125g) plain, low-fat Greek yoghurt
* 1/2 cup (60g) shredded carrot
* 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1 tablespoon raisins
* 1 tablespoon walnuts 


In a container with a tightly fitted lid, combine the oats, protein powder and chia seeds. Add the almond milk, yogurt, carrot, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir to combine, cover, and refrigerate overnight or up to a few days. Stir and top with the raisins and walnuts right before serving.
