*1 can of chickpeas
*2 scoops protein powder
*3 tbsp peanut butter
*3 tbsp rice malt syrup
*Chocolate chips or melts (enough to add flavour)


Rinse and blend the chickpeas in the food processor

Once the chickpeas are broken down, add the rest of the ingredients

If the mixture is dry, add a little water and blend again

When all the ingredients are combined, roll into balls

If you are using chocolate melts, melt them gentle and use the mixture to coat the balls

Allow the chocolate to set in the fridge
