Mango pudding is a fantastic summery dessert. Made with fresh or frozen mango, this sweet delight will be sure to fill you up and help you hit your protein goals. Chia is known for helping to balance blood sugar so this is a great snack to have when on a calorie restricted diet.

Ingredients

* 150 g mango pieces
* 1/2 scoop vanilla whey
* 2tbs White chia
* 1/2 cup almond milk
* 50g Greek yoghurt
* Optional: ice to blend if you don’t want to wait for it to gelatinise

Instructions:

* Add ingredients together in blender. Blend until smooth, decant into serving containers and place in fridge to thicken. Leave for 20+ minutes
* If you can’t wait to taste your delicious pudding dessert, try blending with 4 – 5 ice cubes for a great texture
